MLB Tickets The American League Preview

Of course any preview of Major League Baseball tickets has to begin with the American League east. Not just because the New York Yankees reside within the division, but because the AL East provides perhaps the most consistent performances and at the same time the most turmoil of any division. In the 2018 season the turmoil will come from the Boston Red Sox grabbing the momentum in the offseason, outdoing the Yankees in the free agent market and establishing themselves as the frontrunners long before 2018 MLB tickets hit the box office. Along with the Tampa Bay Rays, Boston is set to challenge the Yankees for dominance in the American League. Read more about MLB baseball

Moving on to the AL Central, where pundits call for the White Sox to lead the way, things are a little murkier. The Cleveland Indians could surprise in this division as Manny Acta revamps the Cleveland roster. Even the Detroit Tigers show signs of improvement, with a solid offensive lineup and a strong bullpen. Both will make things tough for the Chicago White Sox, and fans wanting great baseball tickets would do well to be there when these division rivals meet head to head.

Out West the American League will be well represented by the Texas Rangers, coming off their best season in franchise history. Cliff lee might be gone, but the rest of the Rangers remain intact. MLB tickets could spring a surprise though, if the LA Angels can find some offense. It remains to be seen if the Athletics can score runs, but their pitching could keep them competitive and in the race for a Wild Card spot.

MLB Tickets The National League Preview

National League fans know that the team to beat on that side of Major League Baseball is the Philadelphia Phillies. At least for now. MLB tickets have a way of throwing out old heroes, and making new ones along the way. But for now we're calling the Phillies and the Atlanta Braves the two best teams in the NL East. The Marlins, Mets, and Nationals will be left to work things out amongst themselves.

In the crowded NL central, things are a little more intriguing. The Cincinnati Reds are young and improving. The St. Louis Cardinals need only live up to their potential to make this a one horse race, but counting out the Milwaukee Brewers, who field a bevy of top hitters, would be a mistake. Can the Chicago Cubs slough off the doldrums and challenge in the division or will they continue to underachieve? Time will tell.

Finally, MLB ticket holders well remember the San Francisco Giants run to the top. The challenge here is to repeat the magic when everyone knows you're coming. The Dodgers and Rockies now have a target, and we expect this NL West battle to come down to the wire, making MLB tickets on the West Coast very precious as the fall approaches.

2012 MLB Tickets Plenty to Offer

2012 MLB tickets will be serving up plenty of old school baseball. The main course will offer some mainstay teams like the Yankees and Red Sox. But there will also be a few new creations, the product of timely drafting, solid farm clubs, and wise use of the free agent market. Somewhere out there is an MLB club that will sneak up and hit the baseball crowd on the head. Somewhere out there is a playoff team nobody saw coming. When it comes right down to it, that's why we love Major league Baseball tickets. It's the unexpected and the familiar rolled into one. So forget sitting on the couch this summer. Get your MLB tickets from and be there when the boys of summer serve up our favorite dish.

MLB Baseball Tickets

MLB Baseball tickets still hold the top place in the hearts of sports fans everywhere. No game combines speed, grace, and savvy like Major League Baseball. Within the game of baseball you’ll find every facet of skill, from brute strength to lightning quickness, to the sharpest minds in the business when it comes to strategy. No other sport combines all these like the drama of a duel between the pitcher and the hitter. When it’s all said and done, MLB Baseball tickets bring it together like no other sports ticket on the market.

Major League Baseball is also the most competitive of sports. You won’t find one team dominating year after year anymore. There have been seven different teams crowned World Series Champions in the last seven years. Who will take the Series in 2007? We don’t know, but here are a few teams to watch out for when October rolls around.

American League

New York Yankees

The Yankees have been out of the World Series so long it’s almost inevitable they get back to the big one. While pitching is still an unknown, the power in the Yankees lineup is enough to power them to a World Series all by itself.

Minnesota Twins

The Twins look ready to repeat their Central Division Championship. Johan Santana has two Cy Young Awards under his belt and should break the 20 game plateau in 2007. Young hitters like Michael Cuddyer and Joe Mauer will lead a potent Twins offense.

Detroit Tigers

The Detroit Tigers pitched their way into the playoffs last year and in 2007 they’ve added Gary Sheffield to boost their offensive output. Jim Leyland will be looking to get better overall production across the board rather than rely on the big hit. The pitching staff is young and prime, and will be the backbone of the team again this season.

National League

New York Mets

The other team from the Big Apple dominated the AL East last year with 97 wins. Mets fever is running high in 2007 and with good reason. A solid and balanced lineup, a good strong pitching staff, and a manager that can work it all into one package in Willie Randolph.

St. Louis Cardinals

The St. Louis Cardinals edged out the Astros to capture the AL Central in 2006. Albert Pujols leads the offense and the healthy return of Jim Edmonds could go a long way in adding depth. You’ll also see the Cards work the bullpen more (and better) than any other team in the National League.

Philadelphia Phillies

Philadelphia can boast of what may be the deepest pitching rotation in the National League. Freddy Garcia (17-9), Brett Meyers ( 12-7), and Cole Hamel (9-8), are the top three and of course there’s Tom Gordon as the closer. There’s also Ryan Howard anchoring the lineup. It all adds up to a shot at the postseason and a fantastic contest against the Mets for division dominance.

The MLB in 2007

In the end, it will all play out on the field. But the surge in free agent signings and ability to put together a team quickly adds up to more excitement for MLB Baseball ticket holders. Nobody can really be counted out before the season starts. Every team in the Major league has a shot at being the Detroit Tigers of 2007. Where will you be in the 7th inning stretch? Hopefully, you’ll be enjoying your MLB Baseball tickets from
